We love to play Peek-a-boo

These days Atharv favorite game is Peek-a-boo. Earlier we used to play with him with a hanky, sheet etc, but now he has exceled the game.

If we give him a hanky, he will cover his face and remove it and then he will scream and laugh. He enjoys it thoroughly. Check the images and believe me he has done this on his own.

Atharv's routine

1. Atharv starts his day with prayer:

2. Takes his feed at 7:30am

3. Then he plays and laughs n laughs n laughs with Mamma-papa

4. 9:30am is breakfast time

5. 10:00am is sleeping time

6. 10:30am Massage n bath time

7. 11:15am feeding n sleeping time

8. 1:30pm is khicdhi time n playing time

9. 2.00-3:00pm sleeping time

10. 5:00pm - Juice time

11. 6:00pm - Ghumi Ghumi in Pram

12. 6:45pm vegetable soup

13. 7:00pm - Evening prayers n then sleeping time

14. 7.30pm - masti time
15. 11:00pm- feed n sleeping time
--Atharv now wakes u only thrice in the night for feed. I love to watch him sleep, he looks so calm n peaceful.
--He moves his toes and keep watcing them
--He tries to stand when we pick him up
--Once he wakes up he gives such a lovely smile that one tends to forget all their worries and he loves it when we pick him up as soon as he is awake. Bechara bankar godi mein pada rahta hai. cho chweet.

--He keeps looking around watching every single object around him with a curious look on his face.

--He loves when I make him dance, swing him in my arm

--He loves the sound of wind chimes

--He thoroughly enjoys playing with towel, clothes, napkin any cloth . Chetan put a soft hanky and he just laughs n laughs. See the pic.

Vegetable Soup

Atharv rocks!

Everybody told me that babies take time to accustom to bottles especially babies who are on mamma's feed. But our rock star didn't take time at all. He was very comfortable with it. Check out some pictures of Atharv drinking vegetable soup - a mixture of spinach, carrot, cabbage and tomato. He has learnt to hold his bottle in no time.

Double Celebration

Pichkari ki dhar, gulal ki bauchar, apno ka pyar, yahi hai Holi ka tyohar. Wishing you and your family a very happy and colourful Holi.

Mumble completed 4 months today, on Rang Panchami (second day of Holi) . Can you believe it? I still feel that he was just born few days back. He is growing very fast. My darling has become attention seeker. He loves when we are near him and talking. It doesn't matter what we say, only the soothing tone matters and my little buddy is happy.

Since this was Atharv's first Holi, I made yummy Gujias and Nimki. We dressed him in news clothes (cream n navy blue) on Choti Holi. He was looking cool. In the evening, we visited Atharv's nani's place, where we hogged on silky soft Puran Polis and nice pakodas. Slurrrp! Mumble received lovely gifts from Nani on his first Holi.

Early morning we came back from Bhayander and then we played Holi with our little wonder. We applied a mixture of haldi, besan and malai followed by a massage and a bath. We Wished him a very Happy Holi with loads of love, hugs, kisses.

Atharv's breakfast

Atharv is eating mashed banana with a hint of papaya. He loves it so much that I dont make him wear a bib. Sometimes he gives me privilege of feeding him. Once he finishes his breakfast, he gets extra engry and keeps kicking his legs pretty fast.
